It’s true what you say about luck – I have no doubt that my portrait photography would be years behind where it is now were it not for me having a resident and willing model to continually practice with :)

I liked these portraits of the series a lot. I want to add that I find (and always found since I discovered your photography) your wife Akuri an incredibly expressive model, so natural and intense at the same time; in my opinion that’s something very rare as she actually makes you forget about her beauty and focus only on the ‘mood’ of the photo. Well, that’s also the photographer’s merit for sure but I hope you don’t mind this occasional praise for the model ;) What a lucky artist to have such a muse!
