A Window

Yesterday I was scouting potential locations for a private workshop I’m conducting next weekend. The benefit of shooting portraits and natural light is that sometimes a simple hole in the wall (more commonly known as a window) can be enough to spark creation.
Armed with only a compact camera and its limited dynamic range, I managed a couple of test shots – with interesting enough results to warrant a second visit to this place. I look forward to going back there with my little camera’s big brother.

Definitely warrants another look. Could produce some very nice images. :-)
The test shots are very promising. Keen to see more!
